Notes from a coffee shop

This weather is absolutely gorgeous! I thought I'd get out of the office and enjoy some of this weather. Right now, I'm at Yogerpresso enjoying a Mocho Mint Latte. The best part is that as I drink coffee and write this email, work is still being done at the English institute I helped start. After 15 years, the systems and employees can pretty much run things whether I'm there or not. Is there a better feeling than getting away from work and knowing that you're still earning money? That's one reason I love the idea of investing in real estate - you literally earn money while you sleep!

This weather is getting me excited for tomorrow's rooftop Happy Hour!

Hope you can join us for drinks, piggy fries, and real estate talk. There's no cover charge - just pay for your own drinks and food. We'll be on the roof, so bring a jacket just in case and you can order on the 4th floor (right below the roof). After 6 pm, there'll be a waiter on the roof who will take orders. (The bar doesn't open til 6 pm but I asked Robbie to let us in early.)

Also in case you missed it, I was featured on another podcast interview for Marketing in Korea. If you're curious to know about some of my networking secrets that have lead to two overseas partnerships, then check it out: Success Habits & How to Network Your Way to Partnerships with Dan Ryu.

Finally, I've been working on a definitive post about investing in US Real Estate from overseas. It's already over 2,000 words long, and I'm still not finished with it. Expect that to drop some time next week.

In the meantime, enjoy this beautiful Friday. Thanks for all your continued support and participation.
