Last month, we brought you Nikola Medimorec of Kojects. Urban development was the theme. Our members learned where potential new hotspots might be.
This month, we shift our focus to acquisition strategies.
Two of our members, Jacob and Victoria Michaels, will divulge how they've purchased over a dozen investment properties with a total asset value of more than two million dollars using money they've borrowed... for free!
Jacob and Victoria will be revealing negotiation strategies, favourite places to find deals, how to property manage, profits and losses, and risks.
As well as being an active investor in Korea, Jacob is also an active investor in the US, where he buys and sells houses via wholesaling - another form of creative financing similar to the jeonse strategy - all from the comfort of his own home in Korea!
If you’re interested in actually owning Korean real estate, the jeonse strategy and creative financing in general, this is a presentation you won’t want to miss!
We’ll also have time for our members to get to know each other better and talk casually in the beautiful 10K City Hall located near Seoul Plaza and City Hall.
Saturday, March 19 from 2 PM to 4 PM
10,000 won (includes a coffee or tea from the on-site coffee shop)
English-Korean interpretation service
If you have trouble communicating in English, don't worry! We offer a free interpretation service. Our interpreter is Martin Bax. Martin's a native English speaker, but he's also fluent in Chinese and Korean. In fact, he recently graduated with an M.A. in Interpretation and Translation from the Korean-English Department at Hanguk University of Foreign Studies. If you'd like Martin to interpret for you, just let us know.
