Hi Real Estate Entrepreneurs,
Are you ready to join us for one of the largest real estate investing events of the year? Featuring over 100 exhibitors from around the world, Cityscape Korea 2017 gives our members the chance to connect with thousands of real estate investors and professionals and learn about many new investment opportunities.
This year, the Seoul Real Estate Investing Meetup, in association with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Korea Economic Daily, will be providing an English tour of the exhibitors at Cityscape Korea 2017.
You are also invited to a special seminar where you will hear more about how big data is being leveraged to improve real estate valuations. Get in on the next generation of tools that will be available to help investors make better decisions and beat out the competition.
More About the English Tour:
We’ll begin with a guided tour--in English--of a carefully curated selection of exhibitors, including but not limited to...
- Indochina Properties - Luxury real estate properties for rent and sale in Vietnam
- Skysoop Medical Group - Medical center development investments
- Claid Homes - Presale investment opportunities for luxury hanok resort and pool villa units
...as well as a number of Free Economic Zone (FEZ) authorities (http://fez.go.kr/), including Incheon, Gwangyang Bay Area, Yellow Sea, and East Coast Free Economic Zones.
Learn about what's going on in these areas and the investment opportunities up for grabs.
More about the seminar:
The English tour will be followed with a presentation by Nam Seongtae, the CEO of TriplenetSoft LLC. Nam will talk about one of his company’s latest offerings, a robo-advisory service called ZipAdvisor. ZipAdvisor collects and analyzes data from millions of data points covering the majority of apartment units in Korea. The big data insights gained from these analyses are then used to inform customized investment and balance sheet advisory services.
The presentation will be given in Korean and Korean-to-English Interpretation will be provided by Martin Bax. Martin is a professional interpreter and a graduate of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. If you'd like to talk to Martin about his services, he can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
